Improved Particle Swarm Optimization for Responsive Orbits Design of Earth Observation Satellites

摘要 为得到空间快速响应任务背景下,对地观测卫星最优轨道设计方案,建立了机动发射条件下,对地观测卫星快速响应轨道设计模型。采用改进的PSO算法对轨道设计的各个目标进行优化,分别得到响应时间最短,对目标累计覆盖时间最长的方案。采用变异MOPSO算法求解约束条件下的多目标快速响应轨道设计模型,得到分布性、收敛性较好的Pareto前沿,决策者可根据实际需求在最优解集中选取方案。对比单目标优化仿真结果,轨道同时具备了良好的快速响应性能和覆盖性能,验证了算法的可行性。 In order to obtain the optimal orbit design plan for earth observation satellites in the background of operationally responsive space ( ORS) missionj, a rapid responsive orbit design model for Earth observation satellites under conditions of mobile launch was established. The improved particle swarm optimization ( PSO) algorithm was used to optimize each objective of the orbit design, and the solution with the shortest response time and the longest accumulated coverage time of target was obtained. The mutated multi-objective particle swarm optimization ( MOPSO) algorithm was proposed to solve rapid responsive orbit design model under constraint conditions. The Pareto front with good distribution and convergence was obtained. Decision makers can select the program from Pareto front according to the actual requirements. Compared with PSO simulation results, the orbit achieves good response performance and coverage performance at the same time, which verifies the feasibility of the algorithm.
