摘要
关键线路辨识是电力系统运行风险控制的重要环节,风电出力波动与负荷波动,将对电能传输与分配产生较大影响,引起关键线路变化。在概率潮流分析的基础上,分析风电与负荷不确定性对支路潮流分布造成的影响,引入风险理论,提出了计及风电与负荷不确定因素的概率潮流介数指标,反映了电网结构特征、运行状态变化与不确定因素对电网电能传输的影响,能更准确的辨识关键线路。通过含有风电场的CEPRI36节点系统和含有风电场的IEEE39节点系统的仿真计算,验证了上述算法的有效性。实际应用时,可根据运行状态的变化,辨识关键线路,调整电网运行中的关注点,有针对性地采取系统安全控制措施。
It is an important part for the power system operation risk control to identify the critical lines. Fluctuation of wind power and fluctuation of load will have a great influence on power transmission and distribution, which will lead to the change of critical lines. Based on probabilistic load flow ( PLF) analysis, comprehensive flow betweenness considering uncertainty of wind power and load is presented for critical line identification, which reflects the influence of power grid structure characteristics, change of system running mode and uncertain factors on power transmission. It can identify critical lines more accurately. Simulation calculation on CEPRI 36 node system integrated with wind farms and IEEE39 node system with wind farms verifies the effectiveness and practicalbility of this algorithm. It is capable of searching the critical lines according to system running mode in actual application, so as to adopt security control measures for the system.
