摘要 心脏听诊是心脏病初步诊断的重要方法,目前主要依靠临床医生来进行,通过变值逻辑在信号处理方面的方法,对心室中隔缺损病人的心音信号经过预处理后,对提取的信号包络进行一系列的逻辑变换,最终将其制成二维散点图和等高线图,在保持原信号特征基本不丢失的情况下,直观的将其特征反映在等高线图中,实验结果表明,通过对原始的正常人心音信号与心室中隔缺损病人的心音信号及预处理后各自对应的包络进行比对,并将其包络制成对应的二维散点图和等高线图,对正常人的心音信号和心室中隔缺损病人的心音信号有较好的区分效果。 Cardiac auscultation is an important method for the initial diagnosis of heart disease. At present, it mainly depends on the clinician. This article used the method of variable logic in signal processing to preprocess the heart sound signals of patients with ventricular septal defect and extract the signal packets. A series of logical transformations were made to make it into two-dimensional scatter plots and contour plots. In the case that the original signal features were not substantially lost, they were intuitively reflected in the contour plots. The results show that compared the original normal human heart sound signal with the heart sound signal of the ventricular septal defect patient and the respective corresponding envelope after pretreatment, and making the envelope thereof s into a corresponding two-dimensional scatterplot and the contour, the line graph has a good discrimination effect between the normal heart sound signal and the ventricular septal defect patient's heart sound signal.
