新型城镇化与中国式家庭农场是互相促进的耦合发展关系。新型城镇化从土地资源、劳动力供给、基础设施建设和科学技术等方面为家庭农场发展提供必要的物质支持,而家庭农场也从提高农村居民收入、农业生产效率等方面为实现新型城镇化的公平和效率、加快产融结合发展和实现城乡结合发展创造有利条件。因此,需要以城镇为依托构建土地交易平台,解决土地流转问题,促进家庭农场发展并反哺城镇化;以城镇为依托构建完善的农业服务体系,促进家庭农场的健康和可持续发展,实现农村经济和城镇化的共存发展;结合新型城镇化发展需求建立成熟的农产品销售市场,实现城镇商业销售渠道与农村农业发展的有机结合。

The relationship between new urbanization and Chinese family farms is coupling development of mutual promotion. In terms of the land resources, labor supply, infrastructure construction and science and technology, etc, new urbanization provides the necessary material support for the development of family farm.On the other hand, with increasing the income of rural residents and the agricultural production efficiency,family farms create favorable conditions to achieve the fairness and efficiency of the new urbanization, speed up the production combined with development and realize urban-rural integration development. Therefore, it is necessary to build a land trading platform based on cities and towns, which can solve the problem of land transfer, promote the development of family farms and feed urbanization. A sound agricultural service system should be built based on cities and towns in order to promote the healthy and sustainable development of family farms, and realize the co-development of rural economy and urbanization;With the development needs of new urbanization, a mature agricultural products sales market should be established so as to realize the organic combination of urban commercial sales channels and rural agricultural development.
