摘要
脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)是神经营养因子家族的成员之一,是一种非常重要的神经营养因子,可促进神经元生长、分化与存活,影响突触的生长和可塑性。BDNF通过控制摄食、增加饱腹感、改善胰岛素分泌、增加IS、影响机体能量代谢等在糖尿病中发挥重要作用,且与糖尿病并发症神经病变相关,本文对BDNF在糖尿病及并发症中作用的研究进展进行综述。
Brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)is a member of the neurotrophic factor family. It is a very important neurotrophic factor that promotes the growth,differentiation and survival of neurons and affects the growth and plasticity of synapses. BDNF can ameliorate diabetes by controlling feeding and increasing satiety,improving insulin secretion,increasing insulin sensitivity,and affecting energy metabolism in the body,and is associated with neuropathy of diabetic complications,This article reviews these aspects.
