摘要
目的探讨N-α-乙酰基转移酶10蛋白(NAA10p)在宫颈癌中的表达及与患者临床特征的关系。方法选取38例宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织及癌旁正常组织,采用免疫组织化学法检测NAA10p的表达情况,并对NAA10p表达与宫颈癌患者临床特征的关系进行分析。结果NAA10p在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率为73.68%,明显高于癌旁正常组织的23.68%,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);分化程度为中高分化、国际妇产科联盟(FIGO)分期为Ⅰb~Ⅱa期和有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌患者宫颈癌组织中NAA10p阳性表达率均高于分化程度为低分化、FIGO分期为Ⅰa期和无淋巴结转移的患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。结论NAA10p在宫颈癌组织中的阳性表达率高于癌旁正常组织,分化程度为中高分化、FIGO分期Ⅰb~Ⅱa期和有淋巴结转移的宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织中阳性表达率较高,可作为判断宫颈癌发生发展及淋巴结转移的参考指标。
Objective To explore expression of N-α-acetyltransferase 10 protein(NAA10p)in cervical cancer and its relationship with clinical characteristics.Method Cervical cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues of 38 patients with cervical cancer were selected.The expression of NAA10p was detected by immunohistochemical method.The relationship between NAA10p and clinical characteristics was analyzed.Result The positive rate of NAA10p in cervical carcinoma 73.68%was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues 23.68%(P<0.01).The positive expression rate of NAA10p in cervical cancer tissues of patients with moderately to highly differentiated cervical cancer,International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics(FIGO)stageⅠb~Ⅱa and lymph node metastasis was higher than that of patients with poorly differentiated cervical cancer,FIGO stageⅠa and no lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion The positive expression rate of NAA10p in cervical cancer tissues was higher than that in adjacent normal tissues.The patients with moderately and highly differentiated cervical cancer,FIGO stageⅠb~Ⅱa and lymph node metastasis have higher positive expression rate of NAA10p.NAA10p can be used as a reference index to judge the occurrence and development of cervical cancer and lymph node metastasis.
