摘要
目的探讨多中心胶质瘤的治疗方法及预后情况。方法选取战略支援部队特色医学中心收治的6例多中心胶质瘤患者,所有患者均给予放疗同步替莫唑胺化疗,4例患者行手术治疗,1例患者行立体定向活检,1例患者未行手术治疗。结合国内外相关文献,对多中心胶质瘤患者的治疗方法及预后情况进行分析。结果6例收治的多中心胶质瘤患者中,1例患者于放疗后10个月死亡,1例患者于放疗后6个月复发,4例患者于放疗后6~8个月复查肿瘤未见明显进展。结论多中心胶质瘤患者的预后较差,临床应尽可能地行手术治疗,术后行多病灶局部调强放疗同步替莫唑胺化疗。
Objective To explore the treatment of multicentric glioma and its prognosis.Method Six patients with multicentric glioma admitted to the special medical center of strategic support force were selected.All patients received radiotherapy and temozolomide chemotherapy,including 4 patients received surgical treatment,1 patient received stereotactic biopsy,and 1 patient did not receive surgical treatment.According to international and domestic literatures,the treatment for patients with multicentric glioma and related prognosis were analyzed.Result Among the 6 patient enrolled in this research,1 patient died 10 months after radiation therapy,1 patient relapsed 6 months after radiotherapy,and the remaining 4 patients showed no progress during 6 to 8 months follow-up.Conclusion Multicentric glioma always has poorly prognosis.The treatment is given priority to surgery,along with postoperative in situ radiation therapy combined with temozolomide chemotherapy.
