连续血流动力学监测LiDCO系统的临床研究进展被引量：8

摘要 LiDCO系统是一种连续血流动力学监测设备,由LiDCO^TMplus和LiDCOrapid两种不同监测原理的模式组成。LiDCO^TMplus是微创连续血流动力学监测方法,LiDCOrapid是无创连续血流动力学监测方法。不同于其他监测设备,LiDCO^TMplus利用锂稀释法监测血流动力学,准确性更高;LiDCOrapid利用双指套袖带监测血流动力学,无创且使用便捷。本文对LiDCO系统的原理及研究进展作一综述。
