摘要
目的探讨激励与约束机制在献血志愿者管理中的应用。方法随机抽取2016年于北京市红十字血液中心无偿献血志愿者500名,针对其生存需求、和谐社会关系需求和成长需求开展激励,同时给予约束,全程进行监督,连续观察3年,每年采用调查问卷的方式,对志愿者服务动机、服务需求以及对约束的认知进行调查分析。结果 2/3志愿者动机为增加社会阅历和交际能力、帮助他人奉献社会,1/2志愿者需求为促进相互关系和谐和促进个人成长,92.6%志愿者认可约束机制。同时开展激励和约束后,志愿者人均服务时长和服务满意度均有所提高。结论激励与约束机制在献血志愿者管理中是可行的。
Objective To explore the application of motivation and restraint mechanism in the management of blood donation volunteers. Methods A total of 500 volunteers were selected by random sampling who were encouraged according to their living needs, the relationship needs of a harmonious society and the growth needs. At the same time, the volunteers were restrained and supervised throughout the whole process, and were observed for three consecutive years. Questionnaire was used to investigate and analyze the motivation, demand and constraints of volunteer service very year. Results Twothirds of the volunteers were motivated to contribute to society by increasing social experience and communicative competence and helping others. The half of the volunteers needed to promote mutual harmony and personal growth. 92.6% of the volunteers recognized the restraint mechanism. At the same time, the average length of volunteer service and the satisfaction of service had been improved after the application of incentive and restraint. Conclusions Motivation and restraint mechanism is feasible in the management of blood donation volunteers.
