摘要作为应对学术期刊大宗交易困境的一种措施,学术论文开放获取近年来备受推崇。本文针对S联盟提出的开放获取S计划,分析计划提出的背景,列举计划的主要内容,分析计划提出后引发的争议,探讨信息资源建设中应对S计划影响的策略。 Scholarly articles open access has been widely promoted in recent years as a measure to deal with the difficulties of academic journals big deal.This article analyzes the background of Plan S proposed by cOAlition S,lists the main contents of Plan S,analyzes the disputes caused by the Plan S,and discusses the strategies to deal with the influence of Plan S in developing information resources.
