摘要
目的分析乳腺癌放射治疗CT模拟定位技术在临床上的应用。方法将16例乳腺癌患者按照放射治疗体位要求进行模拟定位,并将其分为2中心半野技术组和单中心半野技术组各8例,分析2种方法的优缺点。结果2种方法中,照射野交界处未出现明显放射剂量的强、弱点,2种方法均有各自的优缺点。结论 2种技术均可较准确地定位乳腺癌病灶,单中心半野技术实施更为方便,操作更简单,但由于下半部位的长度容易超出挡板长度,无法选择合适的楔形板,会造成乳腺部位放射剂量分布不均匀。实际操作中需要根据情况而定。
Objective To analyse the clinical application of CT simulation positioning systemtechnique in radiotherapy for breast cancer. Methods A total of 16 patients with breast cancer received the CT simulation positioning systemtechnique, and they were divided into a two-center half-field technique group and a monocentric half-field technique group(8 cases in each group). The merits and demerits were analyzed and compared between the two groups. Results In the both methods, there was no obvious radiological dose strong or weak points in the irradiation field junction. The two techniques had some merits and demerits respectively. Conclusion The both techniques can relatively accurately positionthe breast cancer lesions. The monocentric half-field technique has only one central point, which is more convenient to implement and easier to operate. However, because the length of the lower part of the breast can easily exceed the length of the baffle,it is impossible to select the appropriate wedge, which will cause the uneven distribution of radiation dose in the breast. The actual operation needs to be based on the situation.
