优质延续护理服务对脑瘫患儿生活功能的影响

Effect of quality continuous nursing service on life function of children with cerebral palsy

目的观察优质延续性护理服务对我国脑瘫患儿生活功能的影响。方法选择2016年4月至2018年4月收治住院的脑瘫患儿100例作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组(各50例)。对照组施行常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上施行延续护理服务。比较2组患儿出院时及出院后6个月生活质量、日常生活活动能力及出院后护理满意度等相关指标。结果出院后6个月观察组生活质量明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。出院6个月后2组日常生活能力高于出院时(P<0.05),出院后6个月观察组日常生活活动能力明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理服务的满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脑瘫患儿实施优质延续护理可有效提高患儿的日常生活活动能力、生活质量以及对护理的满意度。

Objective To evaluate the effect of high quality continuous nursing service on the life function of children with cerebral palsy in China. Methods From April 2016 to April 2018, 100 children with cerebral palsy were randomly divided into a control group(n = 50) and an observation group(n = 50). The routine nursing was performed in the control group and high qualitycontinuous nursing service was performed in the observation group on the basis of the routine nursing.The quality of life(QOL), activity of daily living(ADL), and nursing satisfaction were observed and the results were compared between the two groups at discharge and 6 months after discharge. Results The quality of life of the children in the observation group was significantly better than that of the children in the control group 6 months after discharge from hospital(P<0.05). Six months after discharge, the activity of daily living of the children in the two groups was higher than that at the discharge(P< 0.05), and 6 months after discharge, the activity of daily living of the children in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the children in the control group(P< 0.05). The satisfaction of nursing service in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P< 0.05, 94.00% vs 80.00%). Conclusion The high quality continuous nursing service can effectively improve the activity of daily life, quality of life and satisfaction with nursing care of the children with cerebral palsy.
