摘要
为探讨单间室膝关节假体置换后高屈曲载荷对高交联超高相对分子质量聚乙烯衬垫(高交联UHMWPE)磨损的影响,建立了基于Archard磨损理论的有限元模型,然后加载一个周期的水平行走步态载荷(ISO14243标准)和高屈曲载荷,对比分析两种载荷对衬垫假体磨损影响.结果显示高屈曲时的体积磨损率要高于正常行走时的磨损率,线性磨损也明显偏高,并且衬垫和胫骨平台之间存在微动磨损.高屈曲在单间室膝关节置换的相关研究中应当予以重视.
To investigate the effect of deep flexion motion load on the wear of highly crosslinked UHMWPE after unicompartmental knee arthroplasty.Therefore,finite element model based on Archard wear theory was established,and the model was applied loads under a period of horizontal walking gait load(ISO 14243 standard)and high buckling load,to compare and analyze the influence of loads on UKA wear.The results showed that the volumetric wear rate during high buckling is higher than level walking,linear wear was also significantly higher than that during level walking as well.The relevant research of high buckling should be pay more attention.
