白术对猪O型口蹄疫疫苗免疫效果及抗氧化性的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为提高猪O型口蹄疫疫苗的免疫效果,将试验猪分为5组,在免疫口蹄疫疫苗前分别饲喂基础日粮、添加了0.5%粉碎白术、1.0%粉碎白术、0.5%煎煮白术、1.0%煎煮白术的试验日粮,然后对各组猪进行口蹄疫的常规免疫,首免前和二免后3周后分别采血测定口蹄疫抗体水平.结果表明,首免前各试验组猪与对照组相比,除饲喂1.0%粉碎白术组外,口蹄疫抗体水平与对照组相比差异均不显著(P>0.05),且低于试剂盒0.4的阳性标准,二免后3周的测定结果表明,0.5%水平的粉碎白术和0.5%煎煮白术均较对照组显著提高了口蹄疫的抗体水平(P<0.05),试验中未见明显不良反应,对试验猪体增重的影响也不大;此外,首免前饲喂1.0%粉碎白术组的抗体水平均值为0.409,高于试剂盒0.4的阳性标准,且显著高于对照组(P<0.05),二免后3周该组的均值为0.384,低于试剂盒0.4的阳性标准,与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05).总之,0.5%的煎煮或粉碎白术添加到基础日粮饲喂10 d,可显著提高O型口蹄疫疫苗二免后3周的口蹄疫抗体水平,生产中母源抗体对口蹄疫疫苗免疫失败的影响也值得重视.
