摘要
河南油田稠油热采井举升主要以抽稠泵、偏心抽稠泵及水平泵等为主要技术手段,周期机抽产液量变化较大,导致转抽初期排液慢、转抽末期拿油难,降低了稠油热采井的开采效率.为此,研制了偏心变排量抽稠泵.偏心变排量抽稠泵大小柱塞之间设计有轨道式脱接机构,能够实现大小柱塞的对接及脱开,从而切换抽油泵的功能及排量.尾部设计有脱接显示机构,能够准确判断出脱接状态.
The main technical means for lifting heavy oil hot wells in Henan Oilfield are thickening pumps,ec-centric thickening pumps,and horizontal pumps. The volume of liquid produced by the periodic machine chang-es greatly,resulting in slow discharge of liquid in the initial stage of pumping,and difficulty in taking oil at theend of pumping,which reduces the mining efficiency of heavy oil hot mining wells. To this end,an eccentric dis-placement pump was developed. Between the eccentric displacement pump size plunger has an orbital decou-pling mechanism,which can achieve the docking and deopening of the size plunger,thus switching the functionand displacement of the pumping pump. The tail design has a disconnection display mechanism that can accu-rately determine the disconnection state.
