育成期不同粗精料比对扬州鹅生长性能、肠道发育及血清生化指标的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Different Ratio of Roughness to Concentration on Growth Performance,Intestinal Development and Serum Biochemical Indicators of Yangzhou Goose at Growing Period

摘要 为探明集约化饲养条件下育成鹅对粗饲料(黑麦草)的最适添加量,以180只扬州鹅为研究对象,1~28日龄饲喂精料,29日龄随机分为3组:组Ⅰ(29~56日龄,黑麦草∶精料=1.5∶1;57~70日龄,黑麦草∶精料=0.5∶1)、组Ⅱ(29~56日龄,黑麦草∶精料=2∶1;57~70日龄,黑麦草∶精料=0.5∶1)、组Ⅲ(29~56日龄,黑麦草∶精料=3∶1;57~70日龄,黑麦草∶精料=0.5∶1),每组60只,于70日龄进行生长性能、肠道发育及血清生化指标检测。结果显示:在育成期随着黑麦草添加比例的增加,可取得理想的育肥效果,但对鹅肌纤维直径和肌纤维密度影响不大;添加一定比例的黑麦草对鹅肠道发育有一定的改善,可以显著增加盲肠长度;高比例的黑麦草对鹅血清中的蛋白、能量以及脂质代谢都有一定的促进作用,组Ⅲ中总蛋白、白蛋白和尿素氮显著高于组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ(P<0.05),葡萄糖与甘油三酯显著低于组Ⅰ、组Ⅱ(P<0.05)。研究表明,添加黑麦草对扬州鹅生长性能、肠道发育及血清生化指标有重要影响,集约化饲养条件下扬州鹅育成期黑麦草添加量占日粮的3/4为佳。 In order to find out the requirement for crude fodder(ryegrass)of goose at growing period,180 Yangzhou geese were divided into three groups:GroupⅠ(29 to 56 days of age,ryegrass∶concentrate=1.5∶1;57 to 70 days of age,ryegrass∶concentrate=0.5∶1),GroupⅡ(29 to 56 days of age,ryegrass∶concentrate=2∶1;57 to 70 days of age,ryegrass∶concentrate=0.5∶1),GroupⅢ(29 to 56 days of age,ryegrass∶concentrate=3∶1;57 to 70 days of age,ryegrass∶concentrate=0.5∶1)and were tested for growth performance,intestinal development and serum biochemical indicators at 70 days of age.The results showed that the ideal fattening effect could be achieved with the increase of ryegrass proportion in the growing period,but the effect on muscle fiber diameter and muscle fiber density were not significant.At the same time,it was found that adding a certain proportion of ryegrass could improve the intestinal development and significantly increase the length of cecum and high proportion of ryegrass had little effect on protein and energy in serum.The total protein,albumin and urea nitrogen in GroupⅢwere significantly higher than those in GroupⅠand GroupⅡ(P<0.05),and the levels of glucose and triglyceride were significantly lower than those in GroupⅠand GroupⅡ(P<0.05).Therefore,this study showed that the addition of ryegrass had an important effect on the growth performance,intestinal development and serum biochemical indexes of Yangzhou goose,and it′s suggested that the addition of ryegrass at growing period should be 3/4 of the diet under modern intensive feeding conditions.
