摘要 针对煤泥组成、嵌布复杂、煤油的选择性差问题,为了提高焦煤收率,提出采用以植物油和烃油为原料的捕收剂,化工副产品醇酮酯混合起泡剂浮选煤泥,实验室浮精收率达89.99%,提高7.42%。在5个选煤厂工业试验,浮精收率相比原药剂明显提高,解决了煤油浮精收率低且易燃易爆的难题。 To improve the low coking coal yield due to the complicated compositions and embedding of coal slime,and the poor selectivity of kerosene,a collector made of vegetable oil and hydrocarbon oil and a foaming agent made by mixing alcohol,ketone,and ester(a by-product of chemical industry)are used to the flotation.The concentrate recovery reaches 89.99%in the laboratory,which is 7.42%higher than that with the original reagents.New Reagents have been tested in five washing plants.The results show that the concentrate recovery with the new regents is significantly higher than that with the original reagent.The difficulty of the lower concentrate recovery with kerosene is solved,as well as the flammable and combustible hazards.
