Reflux process selection for regeneration tower in amine regeneration unit

摘要 由于炼油厂对溶剂进行集中再生的要求,溶剂再生装置的可靠性至关重要,但常规回流工艺存在铵盐结晶物腐蚀堵塞、湿硫化氢腐蚀破坏严重等问题,影响装置的稳定运行.从工艺流程、操作参数、可操作性、系统腐蚀、能耗、投资等方面对常规回流和泵循环回流工艺进行比较.泵循环回流工艺不仅流程、操作更简单,回流控制更稳定,能降低能耗1.5%,最多能节省投资30%,而且通过简单外排一定量回流酸性水的方法,避免了铵盐结晶物的产生及其造成的腐蚀问题,又在降低湿硫化氢腐蚀方面效果显著,可以降低对设备材质的要求. As the application of centralized solvent regeneration system,the amine regeneration unit need to be operated more reliably.However,there are some problems in conventional reflux process,such as corrosion blockage of ammonium salt crystals and serious corrosion damage of wet hydrogen sulfide,which affect the stable operation of the unit.The conventional reflux and pump around reflux processes are compared in terms of process flow,operation parameters,operability,system corrosion,energy consumption and investment.Pump around reflux process is not only simpler in process and operation,but also more stable in reflux control.It can reduce energy consumption by 1.5%and save investment by up to 30%.By simply discharging a certain amount of reflux acidic water,the production of ammonium salt crystals and the corrosion problems caused by them are completely avoided.It also has remarkable effect in reducing wet hydrogen sulfide corrosion,and can reduce the requirement of equipment material.
