摘要 通过对某S Zorb装置闭锁料斗阀门使用过程中出现的阀门内漏、阀门卡涩、阀门开关超时等故障问题进行具体原因分析,重点从阀球密封面损伤、阀门双向密封结构、阀门内部物料堆积、气缸扭矩大小对阀门开关影响等方面入手,对闭锁料斗阀门的双向密封结构设计、阀球密封面材料硬化处理、阀门气缸型式选择等常见故障问题给出了解决措施和建议,能有效减少闭锁料斗阀门故障,为S Zorb装置稳定长周期运行提出了建议和对策. The causes of valve leakage,valve jam and valve switch overtime and other faults during the use of lock hopper valve in a S Zorb unit are analyzed.Focusing on the damage of the sealing surface of the valve ball,the two-way seal structure of the valve,material accumulation inside valve,the influence of cylinder torque on valve switch,etc.,solutions and suggestions are given for common faults such as design of twoway sealing structure of the lock hopper valve,hardening treatment of sealing surface material of valve ball and selection of valve cylinder type.It is conducive to effectively reduce the failure of the lock hopper valve and ensure the stable long-term operation of S Zorb unit.
