摘要
针对目前国内分子筛型加氢裂化催化剂干法开工硫化过程中存在的问题,提出了湿法开工硫化技术,并进行了试验考察.通过查阅文献、调研以及实验室数据确定了硫化过程的各关键参数:反应器入口温度达150℃时引入开工油,硫化压力4.5 MPa以上,230℃恒温不少于3h,恒温结束后,250℃之前引入钝化剂,硫化剂用量比干法硫化技术增加25%~55%,硫化终点及引入原料油温度控制在310~320℃.各关键数据反馈以及工业应用的结果表明,针对含有分子筛的加氢裂化催化剂,湿法开工硫化技术可以在保证金属硫化度的前提下,实现开工过程的平稳性及安全性,极大程度解决干法开工过程中存在的问题,硫化过程的总时间可缩短50%以上,缩短开工周期,具有较强的实用性.
In view of the existing problems in the dry start-up sulfurization process of molecular sieves hydrocracking catalysts in China, the wet sulfurization start-up technology is put forward and test. The key parameters of the sulfurization process are determined from literature research, investigation and laboratory data: the start-up oil is introduced into the reactor when the inlet temperature reaches 150 ℃, the sulfurization pressure above 4.5 MPa and the constant temperature at 230 ℃ is not less than 3 h. Passivator is introduced at the end of constant temperature(before 250 ℃). The dosage of vulcanizing is 25%~55% higher than that of dry sulfurization technology. The end point of sulfurization and the temperature of feedstock are controlled between 310 ℃ and 320 ℃. The results of key data feedback and industrial application show that the wet sulfurization technology for hydrocracking catalysts containing molecular sieves can ensure the stability and safety of the start-up process on the premise of ensuring the sulfurization degree of metals, solve the problems in the dry sulfurization process to a great extent and shorten the sulfurization process. The total time can be shortened by more than 50% and the start-up period can be shortened, which has strong practicability.
