摘要
20世纪90年代以来,我国对绿色GDP的研究和探索已经从研究层面逐步走向实践层面,国家层面进行了大量的相关课题研究和地方试点推进,我国各地绿色GDP核算及绩效考核也进行了大量的探索和实践。当前实施绿色GDP绩效考核已经具备了一定的基础,下一步建立绿色GDP绩效考核激励机制,可以从考核指标体系、组织体系、保障支持体系三个方面进行。
Since the 1990s,there has been a lot of the researches and the practices of green GDP in China.At the national level,a large number of related research projects and local pilot projects have been carried out.A lot of explorations and practices have been carried out in the green GDP accounting and performance appraisal in China.The current implementation of green GDP performance assessment has a certain foundation.The establishment of green GDP performance appraisal incentive mechanism can be carried out by the assessment index system,the organization system,and the support system.
