创新资源视角下内部创业创新激励研究——以海尔为例

摘要 内部创业是企业为了提升核心竞争力并获得创新性成果而做出的组织允诺、授权和资源保证的一系列内部创业行动,其可构建核心能力,以增强其适应能力、谋求新的发展,推动组织持续成长。以资源基础相关理论为基础,明确企业创新资源的概念。采用单案例研究方法,在对相关文献进行分析和总结的基础上,以海尔集团为例,探究企业创新资源对内部创业的重要影响,分析对赌协议对创新的作用,以期获得提升核心竞争力和创新能力的有效途径及经验。 Intrapreneurship is a series of Internal entrepreneurship actions of organizational promise,empowerment and resource assurance in order to enhance core competitiveness and achieve innovative results.It can build core competencies to enhance its adaptability, seek new development,and promote the organization continues to grow.Based on the theory of resource base,the concept of enterprise innovation resources is clarified.Based on the single case study method,analysising and summaring of related literatures,Haier Group is taken as an example to explore the important impact of enterprise innovation resources on intrapreneurship,and analyze the role of Valuation Adjustment Mechanism on innovation in order to obtain core competitiveness in order to gain effective ways and experience to enhance core competencies and innovation capabilities.
