摘要
轴承滚子在磁粉检测时,常发现缩孔缺陷。对有缩孔缺陷产品采用了常规超声检测、超声相控阵检测和工业CT检测,并解剖验证,最后找到针对轴承零件缩孔缺陷的一种有效的组合检测方法。
The shrinkage defects were often found in rollers used in the bearings in magnetic particle detection,and further flaw detection was carried out by ultrasonic testing,ultrasonic phased array and industrial CT,anatomical verification was also carried out.Finally,an effective combination method for detecting the shrinkage cavity of bearing roller was found.
