Optimum Method for Grain Display of High Strength Steel A-100

摘要 采用不同的化学浸蚀液,研究了A-100高强钢晶界的显示效果;使用恒温水浴锅,测定了在不同温度的浸蚀液下晶界的显示时间;利用金相显微镜观察该钢晶界显示是否清晰。结果表明:A-100高强钢晶粒显示的推荐化学浸蚀液为过饱和苦味酸+雕牌洗涤剂溶液(结晶状)以及过饱和苦味酸+白猫洗涤剂溶液(结晶状);浸蚀液温度为40℃或45℃时,清晰显示晶界所用的时间最短。 The display effects of grain boundary of high strength steel A-100 were analyzed by different chemical etchant.The display time of grain boundary in etching solution at different temperatures was measured by thermostat water bath,and the morphology of grain boundary was observed by metallographic microscope.The results show that the optimum etching solution for grain of high strength steel A-100 is supersaturated picric acid+eagle brand detergent solution(crystalline shape)or supersaturated picric acid+white cat brand detergent solution(crystalline shape).When the temperature of etching solution is 40℃or 45℃,the clear display of grain boundaries takes the shortest time.
