磁力式硬度计的校准及不确定度评定

摘要 磁力式硬度计是针对大型钢材和特殊形状零部件进行硬度检测的新型便携式硬度计。对磁力式硬度计的结构和工作原理进行了分析,同时对磁力式硬度计的试验方法和计量特性进行了研究。采用合适的硬度块以及支撑底座,实现了磁力式硬度计的校准,并给出洛氏硬度高值测量结果不确定度评定的实例。 Magnetic hardness tester is a new kind of portable hardness tester for large steel products and parts with special shape. The structure and working principle of magnetic hardness tester were analyzed, and the experimental methods and measurement characteristics of magnetic hardness tester were studied. The calibration of magnetic hardness tester was realized by using suitable hardness block and supporting base, and an uncertainty evaluation example of Rockw ell hardness high-value measurement results was presented.
