摘要
在一种咪唑啉衍生物(IMTO)基础上合成了一种新型曼尼希碱型缓蚀剂(IMTOM),通过腐蚀浸泡试验、电化学试验研究了IMTO和IMTOM缓蚀剂的缓蚀性能及缓蚀机理。结果表明:IMTO和IMTOM对36%(质量分数)盐酸溶液中的10钢具有良好的缓蚀作用,且缓蚀率随缓蚀剂添加量的增加而增大;与IMTO比,IMTOM的缓蚀作用更好,当IMTOM添加量为3g/L时,由失重法计算的缓蚀率可达90%以上;IMTO和IMTOM均属于阳极型缓蚀剂,其在金属表面的吸附遵循Langmuir等温吸附。
A new type of Mannich base corrosion inhibitor(IMTOM)was synthesized based on an imdizoline derivative(IMTO).The corrosion inhibition performance and corrosion inhibition mechanism of IMTO and IMTOM corrosion inhibitors were studied by corrosion immersion test and electrochemical test.The results show that IMTO and IMTOM had good corrosion inhibition effect on 10 steel in 36%(mass fraction)HCl solution.And their corrosion inhibition efficiency increased with the increase of the dosage of corrosion inhibitors.IMTOM had better corrosion inhibition effect than IMTO.When the dosage of IMTOM was 3 g/L,its corrosion inhibition efficiency calculated through weight loss method could reach to over 90%.Both IMTO and IMTOM were anodic corrosion inhibitors whose adsorption on metal surface followed Langmuir isothermal adsorption.
