加氢装置高温氢损伤机理与风险分析 被引量:5

摘要 近年来国内外多家大型石化公司高温临氢环境中的加氢装置设备与管道发生了腐蚀泄漏事故。根据部分加氢装置风险评估的数据及国内外高温氢损伤机理的研究进展,分析了发生高温氢损伤的关键因素。结果表明:国内部分加氢装置设备与管道选用材料的抗高温氢损伤能力不足,存在较高的风险。因此对这些设备或管道的选材与操作提出了降险的措施与建议,避免或减缓腐蚀的发生。 In recent years,corrosion and leakage accidents of equipment and pipeline occurred in hydrogenation units of many large petrochemical companies at high temperature in hydrogen environment at home and abroad.The risk assessment data of some hydrogenation units and the research progress of high temperature hydrogen damage mechanisms at home and abroad were analyzed to understand the key factors of high temperature hydrogen damage.The results show that there was a high risk in the selection of materials for equipment and pipelines in some domestic hydrogenation units at high temperature in hydrogen environment.Therefore,measures and suggestions were proposed to reduce the risk of material selection and operation for these equipment and pipelines,so as to avoid corrosion leakage.
