摘要
对于舒适和节能需求兼顾的宾馆建筑来说,低纬度地区的太阳辐射在营造良好室内采光环境的同时也增加了建筑的辐射得热。本研究以某宾馆为对象,结合EnergyPlus和Radiance软件模拟,以无外遮阳并恰好满足天然采光需求时的窗墙比为最小限值,并将此条件下的建筑全年累计冷负荷指标定为基准负荷,研究在不同外遮阳构造形式及尺寸条件下,可同时满足采光和节能需求的窗墙比取值范围,为低纬度地区建筑窗墙比的合理设计提供方法参考。
For hotel buildings that consider both comfort and energy saving, solar radiation in low latitude regions creates a good indoor lighting environment but increases the radiant heat of building. Combined with EnergyPlus and Radiance software simulation, this research took a hotel as the object, the window-wall ratio when there is no external shading and the natural lighting requirement is just met as the minimum limit, and the annual cooling load index of the building under this condition as the reference load to study the window-wall ratio range that can satisfy both natural lighting and energy saving requirements under different external shading structures and dimensions, which provides a reference for the rational design of window-wall ratio of buildings in low latitude areas.
