WaveOne镍钛锉用于老年人残根残冠一次法根管治疗效果探讨

Effect of WaveOne Nitinol on the Treatment of Residual Root and Residual Crown in the Elderly

目的探究WaveOne镍钛锉用于老年人残根残冠一次法根管治疗的效果以及后期对老年人残根残冠的桩核冠修复的影响。方法回顾性方便选取2017年2—10月期间于该院50例老年残根残冠患者作为观察对象,所有患者均采用一次法根管治疗,根据治疗设备的不同而将其分为两组,选用K锉进行治疗的25例患者列为对照组,选用Waveone镍钛锉进行治疗的25例患者列为观察组。对比两组患者术后的疼痛程度、根管预备时间、厌氧菌菌落计数以及治疗总有效率。结果观察组的根管预备时间为(5.18±1.13)min,明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=29.37,P<0.05);两组患者经根管预备后,观察组的厌氧菌菌落计数为(22.84±1.68)CFU/mL,明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=15.09,P<0.05);经治疗后,观察组的术后24hVAS疼痛评分为(4.58±0.13)分,术后7d的疼痛评分为(2.43±0.47)分,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=22.47、9.85,P<0.05);经治疗后,观察组的治疗总有效率(96.0%)明显高于对照组(76.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.15,P<0.05)。结论WaveOne镍钛锉在老年残根残冠患者的一次法根管治疗中显著地缩短了治疗时间、降低了感染风险以及缓解了患者疼痛不适,因此具备临床推广价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of WaveOne Nitinol on the treatment of the residual root canal in the elderly and the effect of the post-core restoration on the residual crown of the elderly.Methods A retrospective study was performed on 50 elderly patients with residual root and residual crown in our hospital from February to October 2017 were convenient selected.All patients were treated with one root canal treatment,which was divided according to different treatment equipment,25 patients who were treated with K were included in the control group.25 patients treated with Waveone Nitinol were included in the observation group.The postoperative pain level,root canal preparation time,anaerobic colony count,and total treatment efficiency were compared between the two groups.Results The root canal preparation time of the observation group was(5.18±1.13)min,which was significantly shorter than that of the control group(t=29.37,P<0.05).After the root canal preparation,the anaerobic colony count of the observation group was(22.84±1.68)CFU/mL,significantly less than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=15.09,P<0.05);after treatment,the 24 h postoperative VAS pain score of the observation group was(4.58±0.13)points,and the pain score at 7 d after surgery was(2.43±0.47)points were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=22.47,9.85,P<0.05);after treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group(96.0%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.0%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.15,P<0.05).Conclusion WaveOne Nitinol has a significant clinical benefit in reducing the treatment time,reducing the risk of infection and relieving pain and discomfort in a root canal treatment for elderly patients with residual root and residual crown.
