浅谈健康教育在耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术患者围术期中的应用探讨

Discussion on the Application of Health Education in the Perioperative Period of Patients with Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery

目的研究耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术患者围术期护理中健康教育的应用价值。方法2017年4月—2018年12月随机选取该院耳鼻咽喉头颈外科接诊的手术患者200例,将之采用随机数表法分成试验和对照两组(n=100),并对两组都施以常规围术期护理,同时对试验组加用健康教育措施。分析两组术后疼痛程度的缓解情况,比较住院时间等指标。结果试验组术后12、24h以及48h的VAS评分分别为(5.01±1.02)分、(4.37±0.94)分、(3.84±0.71)分,对照组分别为(5.48±0.93)分、(5.22±0.81)分、(4.69±0.84)分,试验组比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=3.4049、6.8502、7.7282,P<0.05)。试验组的住院时间为(4.83±1.15)d,比对照组的(6.17±1.38)d短,差异有统计学意义(t=7.4595,P<0.05)。试验组对围术期护理服务的满意程度为97.0%,比对照组的85.0%高,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.7912,P<0.05)。结论于耳鼻咽喉头颈外科手术患者的常规围术期护理中合理运用健康教育措施,可显著减轻其术后疼痛感,促进病情恢复,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度。

Objective To study the application value of health education in perioperative nursing of patients with otolaryngology head and neck surgery.Methods From April 2017 to December 2018,200 patients with otolaryngology head and neck surgery were randomly selected and enrolled in the hospital.The patients were divided into two groups(n=100)by random number table method.Routine perioperative care,while adding health education measures to the test group.The relief of postoperative pain was analyzed in the two groups,and the hospitalization time and other indicators were compared.Results The VAS scores of the experimental group at 12,24 h and 48 h were(5.01±1.02)points,(4.37±0.94)points and(3.84±0.71)points,respectively.The control group was(5.48±0.93)points,(5.22±0.81)points,(4.69±0.84)points,the test group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=3.404 9,6.850 2,7.728 2,P<0.05).The hospital stay in the experimental group was(4.83±1.15)d,which was shorter than that of the control group(6.17±1.38)d,and the difference was statistically significant(t=7.459 5,P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of perioperative nursing service was 97.0%in the experimental group,which was higher than that in the control group(85.0%).The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=8.791 2,P<0.05).Conclusion Rational use of health education measures in routine perioperative care of patients undergoing otolaryngology head and neck surgery can significantly reduce postoperative pain,promote recovery,shorten hospital stay,and improve care satisfaction.
