标准化护理在水痘患儿临床护理的应用效果探析

Analysis on the Application Effect of Standardized Nursing in Clinical Nursing of Children with Varicella

目的针对水痘患儿在临床护理工作中运用标准化护理模式对其康复效果的影响。方法以2017年6月—2018年10月作为该次研究时段,方便选取上述时段内该院感染科收诊的水痘患儿110例为基础研究资料,根据临床护理实施方案不同分为2组,对照组(n=55)在治疗过程中予以常规护理方案,研究组(n=55)则给予标准化护理方案,将各项临床症状消退时间、护理质量评价以等作为护理效果的评价指标。结果研究组患儿在疱疹(3.21±1.04)d、瘙痒(1.85±0.18)d、结痂(全部结痂时间)(4.17±1.08)d以及痂落自愈(6.13±1.23)d的时间均显著短于对照组(t=10.3866,69.1836,10.0082,8.5417,P<0.05)。研究组对护理质量的评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论水痘患儿治疗过程中实施标准化的护理模式可促进疱疹、瘙痒等临床症状在短时间内消退,并提升患儿治疗效果,预防疾病的进一步发展,为水痘的临床护理工作提供了新的思路。

Objective To study the effect of standardized nursing mode on the rehabilitation effect of children with chickenpox in clinical nursing work.Methods From June 2017 to October 2018,as the study time period,110 children with varicella admitted to our hospital were selected as the basic research data.According to the clinical nursing implementation plan,they were divided into 2 groups.The control group(n=55)received a routine care plan during the treatment,and the study group(n=55)gave a standardized care plan,and the clinical symptom regression time and the quality of care evaluation were used as the evaluation indicators of the nursing effect.Results The time of herpes(3.21±1.04)d,pruritus(1.85±0.18)d,scarring(all scarring time)(4.17±1.08)d and slump self-healing(6.13±1.23)d were significantly shorter in the study group than in the control group(t=10.386 6,69.183 6,10.008 2,8.541 7,P<0.05).The study group's score on the quality of care was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The standardized nursing mode in the treatment of children with varicella can promote the clinical symptoms such as herpes and itching to disappear in a short time,improve the treatment effect of children,prevent the further development of diseases,and provide new ideas for the clinical nursing work of chickenpox.
