摘要
本文概述了原子层沉积技术的发展历程、技术原理、工艺特点,重点介绍了目前几种比较成熟的原子层沉积技术在银制品上的应用研究,分析了缓蚀剂、封护剂等保护材料在银质文物保护中应用的特点及存在的问题,同时展望了原子层沉积技术在银质文物保护中的应用前景。
The development process,technical principle and process characteristics of atomic layer deposition technology are summarized in this paper.The application and research of several atomic layer deposition techniques in silver protection are introduced.The characteristics and existing problems of the application of protective materials such as corrosion inhibitors and sealants in the protection of silver cultural relics are discussed.At the same time,the application of atomic layer deposition technology in the protection of silver relics is prospected.
