摘要 目的:研究Q345钢在南海环境下的关键腐蚀因子。方法:采用盐雾试验、恒温恒湿试验等研究Q345钢在不同氯离子含量、温度、湿度的情况下腐蚀规律,并利用SEM、金相显微镜等对腐蚀形貌进行微观观察,用XRD分析腐蚀产物成分。结果Q345钢的腐蚀速率随环境中的氯离子质量分数的增加呈现先增大后减小的趋势,氯离子含量在1.75%时,腐蚀速率达到极大值。Q345钢的腐蚀速率随着温度的升高而增加。相对湿度与Q345钢的腐蚀速率成线性关系。结论:影响Q345钢腐蚀的关键腐蚀因子依次为氯离子质量分数、湿度、温度。 Object To investigate the key corrosion factors of Q345 steel in the South China Sea environment.Methods Salt spray test,constant temperature and humidity test were used to study the corrosion rules of Q345 steel at different chloride ion contents,temperatures and humidifies.SEM and metallographic microscope were used to analyze the corrosion morphology and XRD were used to analyze the corrosion product.Results With increasing chloride ion mass fraction in the environment,The corrosion rate of Q345 steel was elevated in the initial stage and peaked when the chloride ion concentration was 1.75%,after which the corrosion rate started to decrease.With increasing temperature,the corr steel was raised.The relative humidity was linear with the corrosion rate of Q345 steel.Conclusion The key corrosion factors affecting the corrosion of Q345 steel are chloride mass fraction,humidity and temperature.
