糖尿病患者高糖化血红蛋白的影响因素分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的分析糖尿病患者高糖化血红蛋白的影响因素。方法选取2016年3月~2018年2月我院收治的42例糖尿病患者作为高糖化血红蛋白组,另选取同期的42例健康体检者作为正常糖化血红蛋白组,测试两组的糖化血红蛋白、空腹血糖情况以及胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白水平,分析糖尿病患者高糖化血红蛋白的影响因素。结果高糖化血红蛋白组患者的低密度脂蛋白、空腹血糖、三酰甘油高于正常糖化血红蛋白组,高密度脂蛋白低于正常糖化血红蛋白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组的胆固醇比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。高密度脂蛋白为高糖化血红蛋白的保护因素,空腹血糖、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白为高糖化血红蛋白的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者血脂指标与高糖化血红蛋白有重要关系,空腹血糖、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白为高糖化血红蛋白的危险因素,高密度脂蛋白为保护因素。 Objective To analyze the influencing factors of hyperglycated hemoglobin in diabetic patients. Methods From March 2016 to February 2018, 42 patients with diabetes mellitus were enrolled in the hyperglycated hemoglobin group. Another group of 42 healthy subjects who underwent physical examinations were selected as normal glycosylated hemoglobin group. The levels of glycated hemoglobin, and fasting blood glucose, cholesterol, triacylglycerol, low-density lipoprotein, and high-density lipoprotein were tested, and the influencing factors of hyperglycemic hemoglobin in diabetic patients were analyzed. Results The levels of low-density lipoprotein, fasting blood glucose, and triglyceride in patients with hyperglycated hemoglobin were higher than those in the normal glycosylated hemoglobin group, and the high-density lipoprotein level was lower than that in the normal glycosylated hemoglobin group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in cholesterol between the two groups (P>0.05). High-density lipoprotein was a protective factor for hyperglycated hemoglobin, fasting blood glucose, triacylglycerol, and low-density lipoprotein were the risk factors for hyperglycated hemoglobin (P<0.05). Conclusion There is an important relationship between blood lipids and hyperglycated hemoglobin in diabetic patients. The fasting blood glucose, triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein are risk factors for hyperglycated hemoglobin, while high-density lipoprotein is a protective factor.
