基于“岗位胜任力”院校合作护理人才培养模式的应用效果 被引量:13

摘要 目的分析基于“岗位胜任力”院校合作护理人才培养模式的应用效果。方法随机抽取2016年6月我校2015级康复护理班的48名学生作为实验组,同期随机抽取另外21个护理班级的52名学生作为对照组。对照组学生采取传统培养模式;实验组学生在多年院校合作基础上,采取基于“岗位胜任力”的护理人才培养模式。于2018年6月对两组学生进行客观结构化临床考试(OSCE),比较两组学生的岗位胜任力情况和带教老师满意程度。结果实验组学生的OSCE成绩总分和五个维度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);带教老师对实验组学生理论水平、操作水平和职业素养三个维度的整体满意程度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论基于“岗位胜任力”的院校合作护理人才培养模式,能提高学生的OSCE成绩和带教老师整体满意度。 Objective To analyze the application effect of nursing personnel training mode of cooperation among colleges based on post competency. Methods A total of 48 students from the 2015-grade rehabilitation nursing class of our school in June 2016 were randomly selected as the experimental group, and 52 students was randomly selected from another 21 nursing classes during the same period as the control group. In the control group, the traditional training mode was used, while in the experimental group, on the basis of many years of college cooperation, a nursing personnel training mode focused on post competency was used. In June 2018, an objective structured clinical examination (OSCE) was conducted for the students in the two groups, their post competency and satisfaction with clinical teachers were compared in the two groups. Results The total score of OSCE and five dimensions scores in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group with significant differences (P<0.05). The overall satisfaction of clinical teachers on three dimensions including theoretical level, operational performance, and professional quality in these nursing students in the experimental group was superior to that in the control group with statistical significances (P<0.01). Conclusion The nursing personnel training mode of cooperation among colleges based on post competency can increase the OSCE scores of nursing students and the overall satisfaction of clinical teachers.
