摘要
通过对高废钢比装入制度进行热力学分析,获得转炉加焦炭的铁水条件。通过大量实验数据发现在保证焦炭高效利用率的前提下,同时减少烟尘的排放,应在兑铁水后吹炼前一次性加入全部焦炭,对转炉进行热补偿,可减少铁的氧化损失,抑制钢水过氧化,减少后吹。但是要注意焦炭的加入量及时机,防止返干造成终点成分偏离。
The hot metal condition of converter and coke was obtained by thermodynamic analysis of loading system of high scrap ratio. Through a large number of experimental data, it is found that under the premise of ensuring the efficient utilization rate of coke, and at the same time reducing the emission of smoke and dust, all coke is added once before mixing hot metal into hot metal and compensating converter heat can reduce oxidation loss of iron, restrain peroxidation of molten steel and reduce after blowing. However, attention should be paid to the amount and timing of coke, so as to prevent back-drying from causing end-point components to be out of line.
