摘要
为进一步推进我厂降本增效工作,通过对步进式加热炉液压系统进行节能改造,主要更换可回收能量的平衡液压油缸,增设能量回收单元,改造液压控制阀台,完善控制系统,实现步进梁下降重力势能回收利用,在维持原有加热炉步进周期的前提下实现了节能超过60%。
In order to further promote the work of reducing the cost and increasing efficiency of our factory, by step furnace hydraulic system retrofit, the main change of recyclable energy balance hydraulic cylinder, add energy recovery unit, hydraulic control valves, perfect control system, the realization of walking beam down gravitational potential energy recycling, in step cycle under the premise of maintaining the original heating furnace to realize the energy saving more than 60%.
