摘要
针对HRB400E含铌直条螺纹成分、工艺、组织、性能之间的关系及螺纹钢微合金强化机理。通过与HRB400E含钒直条螺纹性能和强化机理的对比,进行成分设计、工艺优化,以较低的成本投入组织生产试验,效果良好,产品组织和性能均满足要求,为以后的大规模生产提供了较好的基础。
Aiming at the relationship between the composition, process, structure and properties of Nb-containing HRB400E straight threads and the strengthening mechanism of micro-alloyed threaded steel. By comparing with the performance and strengthening mechanism of HRB400E vanadium-bearing straight threads, the composition design and process optimization are carried out, and the production test is organized at a lower cost. The results are good, and the product organization and performance meet the requirements, which provides a good basis for large-scale production in the future.
