How to Use Better Financial Instruments to Serve Real Economy of Iron and Steel

金融对钢铁行业产生了四个影响:金融化的大宗商品定价机制使得钢铁行业丢失了产品的定价权;汇率波动幅度大使我国市场出口下滑;金融不支持差能过剩的行业,使钢铁行业融资变得很困难;利率和融资使得钢铁行业出现两极分化。随着我国改革的深化,对于优势的钢铁企业有非常大的帮助,但是相对于一些比较困难的企业会带来资金风险。本文通过分析全球经济金融化的现象,讨论了金融服务对钢铁行业的影响,并提出一些解决方法。

Finance has four impacts on the steel industry: the financialized pricing mechanism of commodities has made the steel industry lose its pricing power;the fluctuation of exchange rate has caused the decline of export in China's market;the financial support for industries with excess capacity has made the financing of the steel industry very difficult;and the interest rate and financing have made the steel industry polarized. With the deepening of China's reform, it is of great help to the advantageous iron and steel enterprises, but relative to some more difficult enterprises, it will bring financial risks. By analyzing the phenomenon of global economic financialization, this paper discusses the impact of financial services on iron and steel industry, and puts forward some solutions.
