摘要 进入新时代以来,我国经济持续保持中高速健康发展。在此背景下,人们的生活水平不断提高,我国的主要矛盾已经转化为人民日益增长的美好生活需要同当前不平衡、不充分的发展之间的矛盾。为了满足人民对美好生活的需要,保障食品安全,必须强化食品安全检测技术,大力发展食品工程高新技术。在乳制品工业领域,大力应用食品工程高新技术,可有效保障产品质量,进而达到提高企业经济效益的目的。本文对目前乳品工业中高新技术的应用情况展开分析,并对未来现代食品工程高新技术的发展趋势做出展望,旨在为乳品工业从业者提供一些参考资料。 Since entering a new era, China’s economy has maintained a sustained, high-speed and healthy development. In this context, with the continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the main contradiction in our country has been transformed into the contradiction between the people’s growing need for a better life and the current unbalanced and inadequate development. In order to meet people’s needs for a better life and ensure food safety, it is necessary to strengthen food safety detection technology and vigorously develop high and new technology of food engineering. In the field of dairy industry, vigorous application of high and new technology in food engineering can effectively guarantee the quality of products, and thus achieve the purpose of improving the economic benefits of enterprises. In this paper, the application of high and new technology in dairy industry is analyzed, and the development trend of high and new technology in modern food engineering in the future is prospected. The purpose was to provide some references for dairy industry practitioners.
