摘要
随着人们生活水平的提高和生活节奏的加快,方便食品因烹制简单、食用简便、易于携带和储藏而逐渐替代传统饮食,得到快速发展。但由于其一般不经过加热,所以易出现各种卫生问题。此外,方便食品也存在高糖、高脂、营养价值偏低的弊端。本文将针对方便食品的营养与卫生问题进行分析研究。
With the improvement of people’s living standard and the quickening of life rhythm, convenience food has been developing rapidly because of its simple cooking, easy eating, easy carrying and storage. However, due to its general non-heating, it is prone to a variety of health problems. In addition, convenient food also has the disadvantages of high sugar, high fat and low nutritional value. This paper will analyze and study the nutrition and hygiene of convenient food.
