中小学食堂食品安全问题探讨

Discussion on the Food Safety of Elementary and Middle School Canteens

食品安全问题牵动万民之心,已然成为社会关注的焦点之一。中小学食堂的食品安全关系到所有师生的人身健康、学校的可持续稳定发展,还会对社会的和谐发展产生影响。但是目前仍然有部分地区的学校食堂存在食品安全问题亟待解决,本文主要对存在的安全问题进行了探讨,并提出了针对性的解决对策。

Food safety issues affect the hearts of people, has become one of the focus of social concern. The food safety of primary and secondary school canteens is not only related to the personal health of all teachers and students and the sustainable and stable development of the school, but also has an impact on the harmonious development of the society. However, there are still some food safety problems in school canteens in some areas that need to be solved urgently. This paper mainly discussed some existing safety problems and put forward some countermeasures.
