摘要
通过对前处理方法及色谱、质谱条件的优化建立了虾干中AFB1的LC-MS检测方法。选用甲醇-水(含0.1%甲酸的5 mmol·L^-1乙酸铵)为流动相,ESI+扫描模式,乙腈/水(84/16)为提取溶液,提取时间60 min,提取温度25℃,正己烷脱脂净化。该条件下建立的虾干中AFB1毒素检测方法快速、准确、灵敏度高。
The LC-MS method for the determination of AFB1 in dried shrimp was established by optimizing the pretreatment method and the conditions of chromatography and mass spectrometry. Methanol-water(5 mmol·L^-1 ammonium acetate containing 0.1% formic acid) was selected as mobile phase, ESI+ scanning mode, acetonitrile/water(84/16) as extraction solution, extraction time was 60 min, extraction temperature was 25 ℃, n-hexane degreasing and purification. Under this condition, the determination method of AFB1 toxin in dried shrimp is rapid, accurate and sensitive.
