酶比色法和雷氏盐分光光度法在测定婴幼儿乳粉中胆碱的比较 被引量:5

摘要 关于婴儿食品和乳品中胆碱测量的最新国家标准相比较之前的在测量方法上增加了第二法雷氏盐分光光度法,为了研究第一法酶比色法与第二法雷氏盐分光光度法,对这两个方法进行对比。结果发现两种方法的试验结果相近,酶比色法适合大批样品,操作更简单,但成本较高;雷氏盐分光光度法的试验条件以及成本条件更适合大多数生产企业。 According to the latest about the measurement of the choline in baby food and milk products national standard compared to before on the measuring method of increased light redwood salt spectrophotometry, the second method to study the method of enzyme colorimetry and the second Ray’s salt spectrophotometry, light to comparison of these two methods, found that the test results of two methods, enzymatic colorimetric method is suitable for a large number of samples, operating more simple, but the cost is higher;The test conditions and cost conditions of Ray’s salt spectrophotometry are more suitable for most production enterprises.
