经腹部彩超与经阴道彩超诊断子宫肌瘤的临床价值对比

Clinical Value of Transabdominal and Transvaginal Color Doppler Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Uterine Leiomyoma

目的:对比观察经腹部彩超与经阴道彩超诊断子宫肌瘤的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2017年12月-2018年12月在笔者所在医院进行治疗的子宫肌瘤患者300例临床资料,根据患者诊断方式不同将其分为对照组(经腹部彩超)、研究组(经阴道彩超),将手术后的病理诊断作为诊断标准,对比患者的诊断结果、诊断准确率。结果:研究组发现肌瘤136个,其中浆膜下肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤和肌壁间肌瘤的诊断例数分别为47、22、67个,对照组发现肌瘤141个,其中浆膜下肌瘤、黏膜下肌瘤和肌壁间肌瘤的诊断例数分别为43、26、72个;研究组诊断准确率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采取经阴道彩超对子宫肌瘤患者进行诊断,具有较为准确的诊断效果,可以及早发现病情,及时对患者进行治疗,可以在临床上推广。

Objective:To compare the clinical value of transabdominal and transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography in the diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma.Method:A retrospective analysis was made of 300 cases of uterine leiomyoma treated in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018.The patients were divided into the control group(transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography) and the research group(transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography) according to their different diagnostic methods.The pathological diagnosis after operation was taken as the diagnostic criteria,and the diagnostic results and accuracy of the patients were evaluated.Result:A total of 136 leiomyomas were found in the study group,including 47,22 and 67 cases of subserosal leiomyoma,submucosal leiomyoma and interstitial leiomyoma.141 cases of myoma were found in the control group,including 43,26 and 72 cases of subserosal leiomyoma,submucosal leiomyoma and interstitial leiomyoma.The accuracy of the study group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasonography has a more accurate diagnostic effect in the diagnosis of uterine leiomyoma.It can detect the condition as early as possible and treat the patients in time.
