早期综合康复护理干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用效果

Effect of Early Comprehensive Rehabilitation Nursing Intervention in Stroke Patients with Hemiplegia

目的:探讨早期综合康复护理干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的临床应用效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院于2016年5月-2018年4月收治的84例脑卒中偏瘫患者,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组42例予以常规护理干预,研究组42例予以早期综合康复护理干预,均干预2个月。比较两组干预前后运动功能、日常生活能力、睡眠质量、生存质量及认知功能改善情况。结果:两组干预前Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分、PSQI评分、QOL评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后两组Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分、QOL评分均较干预前显著升高,PSQI评分较干预前显著降低,且研究组Fugl-Meyer评分、Barthel指数评分、QOL评分均高于对照组,PSQI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组认知功能改善率(88.09%)显著高于对照组(64.28%)(P<0.05)。结论:早期综合康复护理干预在脑卒中偏瘫患者中应用,可显著提高肢体运动功能及患者日常生活能力,改善睡眠质量及认知功能,使患者具有较高的生存质量。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in stroke patients with hemiplegia. Method:A total of 84 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to April 2018 and divided into two groups according to random number method.42 cases in the control group were given routine nursing intervention,and 42 cases in the study group were given early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention,all of which were intervened for 2 months.Motor function,daily living ability,sleep quality,quality of life before and after intervention and cognitive function were compared between the two groups.Result:Before intervention,Fugl-Meyer scores,Barthel index scores,PSQI scores and QOL scores were compared between the two groups,the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).After intervention,Fugl-Meyer scores,Barthel index scores and QOL scores in the two groups were significantly higher than those before intervention,and PSQI scores were significantly lower than those before intervention, and Fugl-Meyer score,Barthel index score and QOL score in the study group were higher than those of the control group,PSQI was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of cognitive function in the study group(88.09%) was significantly higher than that of the control group(64.28%)(P<0.05). Conclusion:Early comprehensive rehabilitation nursing intervention in stroke patients with hemiplegia can significantly improve limb motor function and patients’ daily living ability,improve sleep quality and cognitive function,so that patients have a higher quality of life.
