综合护理在宫缩乏力性产后出血患者护理中的应用

Application of Comprehensive Nursing in the Nursing of Patients with Uterine Atrophy Postpartum Hemorrhage

目的:探究综合护理在宫缩乏力性产后出血患者护理中的应用。方法:随机选取2017年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的70例宫缩乏力性产后出血患者进行研究,将其随机分为试验组与对照组,每组35例。对照组采用常规护理干预,试验组采用综合护理干预,观察两组成功止血时间、有效止血率、护理满意度及心理状态。结果:试验组成功止血时间(35.20±2.50)min,对照组成功止血时间(50.24±3.50)min,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组有效止血率为94.3%(33/35),对照组有效止血率为74.3%(26/35),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理总满意度为97.1%,对照组护理总满意度为82.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组SDS、SAS评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫缩乏力性产后出血患者实施综合护理干预,可显著提高止血效果,使产妇处于稳定的状态,保证了产妇生命安全,护理满意度高,值得采用。

Objective:To explore the application of comprehensive nursing in the nursing of patients with uterine atrophy postpartum hemorrhage. Method:A total of 70 patients with uterine atrophy postpartum hemorrhage admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to January 2019 were randomly selected for the study.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,while the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The successful hemostasis time,effective hemostasis rate,nursing satisfaction and psychological state of the two groups were observed.Result:The successful hemostatic time in the experimental group was (35.20±2.50)min, and the control group was (50.24±3.50)min,The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective hemostatic rate was 94.3%(33/35) in the experimental group and 74.3%(26/35) in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction was 97.1% in the experimental group and 82.9% in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The SDS and SAS scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with uterine atony postpartum hemorrhage can significantly improve the hemostatic effect,keep the puerpera in a stable state,ensure the life safety of puerpera,and have high nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of adoption.
