开放式瘘管切除术在肛瘘患者治疗中的效果及对并发症的影响

Effect of Open Fistulectomy on Anal Fistula Patients and Its Influence on Complications

目的:研究开放式瘘管切除术在肛瘘患者治疗中的效果,分析对并发症的影响。方法:选取2017年1-12月在笔者所在医院进行手术治疗的84例肛瘘患者作为观察对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组42例(传统瘘管切除术)和观察组42例(开放式瘘管切除术)。对比两组的临床效果、术后疼痛评分、FISI评分及并发症发生情况。结果:观察组肛瘘患者的痊愈率高于对照组,感染率、复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组肛瘘患者的术后1 d疼痛评分、术后1个月FISI评分及并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开放式瘘管切除术应用于肛瘘患者中具有较高的安全性和有效性。

Objective:To study the effect of open fistula resection in the treatment of anal fistula patients,and to analyze the influence on complications.Method:From January to December 2017,84 patients with anal fistula who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital were selected as the observation objects.According to the random number table method,42 patients in the control group(traditional fistula resection) and 42 patients in the observation group(open fistula resection).The clinical effect,postoperative pain score,FISI score and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The cure rate of anal fistula patients in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the infection rate and recurrence rate were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The pain score one day after operation,FISI score one month after operation and complication rate of anal fistula patients in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Open fistulectomy is safe and effective in the treatment of anal fistula.
