HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎实施聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b治疗的效果

Effect of Peginterferon Alfa-2b Therapy on HBeAg-positive Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:探讨HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎实施聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b治疗的效果。方法:选取2017年1-12月在笔者所在医院接受治疗的HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎患者80例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组采用恩替卡韦治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加用聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b治疗,比较两组临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为77.50%,高于对照组的62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组生化学应答、病毒学应答及HBeAg血清学应答率分别为90.00%、87.50%、82.50%,均高于对照组的70.00%、67.50%、62.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:聚乙二醇干扰素α-2b可有效提升HBeAg阳性慢性乙型肝炎的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the effect of treatment with peginterferon Alfa-2b on HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B.Method:Eighty patients with HBeAg-positive chronic hepatitis B who were treated in the hospital from January to December 2017 were enrolled.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases each.The control group was treated with Entecavir.The observation group was treated with peginterferon Alfa-2b on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Result:The total effective rate was 77.50% in the observation group,which was higher than 62.50% in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The chemical response,virological response and HBeAg serological response rate of the observation group were 90.00%,87.50% and 82.50%,and were higher than 70.00%,67.50% and 62.50% of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Peginterferon Alfa-2b can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of HBeAgpositive chronic hepatitis B,which is worthy of clinical application.
