精神分裂症采用中西医结合治疗临床研究

Clinical Research of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine in Schizophrenia Patients

目的:分析中西医结合用于精神分裂症临床治疗的有效性。方法:选取笔者所在医院2017年1月-2018年3月85例精神分裂症患者为研究对象,按治疗方法不同分组,对照组43例(行西医治疗),观察组42例(行中西医结合治疗),比较两组治疗前后中医症候评分变化及治疗效果,统计不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后观察组中医症候评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率为95.20%,高于对照组的76.74%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为4.76%,低于对照组的18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:临床上对精神分裂症患者行中西医结合治疗,能够有效改善患者症状,治疗效果理想,不良反应少。

Objective:To analyze the effectiveness of integrated Chinese and western medicine in schizophrenia patients.Method:A total of 85 schizophrenia patients treated from January 2017 to March 2018 in our hospital were selected and assigned to the control group(n=43) and the observation group(n=42) according to different therapies.The control group was treated with western medicine,and the observation group was treated with integrated Chinese and western medicine.TCM symptom scores,therapeutic effect and adverse reaction rate were compared.Result:After treatment,TCM symptom score in the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate in the observation group(95.20%) was higher than that of the control group(76.74%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The adverse reaction rate in the observation group(4.76%) was lower than that of the control group(18.60%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integrated Chinese and western medicine can effectively improve the symptoms of patients with schizophrenia and the therapeutic effect is ideal,and reduce the adverse reactions.
